Hardy. I am not absolutely positive that Duddice is her married name
but that is what she is listed under in my papers. She is my
grandfather's (Thomas Eugene Hardy"s) sister. Her parents were Frank
W. Hardy and Sylvia Adele Antwine. She was born on 6 February 1895
and died in Minneapolis in 1943 (no month or day given). I am
looking for a record of her death as I am not sure where she was
born. Thanks for your help, Kimberly Hardy Kay.

AUSTIN Someone in 1987 suggested that a John P. AUSTIN (b. 1808 in
NY) was one fo the founding fathers of Minnesota (Anoka Co.) in
1856. Would anyone have any leads on this John P. AUSTIN. He is also
reported, by another source, to have married a Mary (born in VA
about 1816) and had children: Sarah, Julius, Henritta (married to
Ezra Thomas), Orphus, and John. He is said to have not only been
born in NY and resided in Athens Co. Ohio, but also in Meigs Co.,
Ohio, Kentucky and further west (like in Minnesota)? His father's
name was Calib Austin and he was born in/near Ontario Canada in 1777

ATKINSON I am searching for information on ELMER E. ATKINSON, who
lived in Minneapolis around the turn of the century. His sons were
Harold and Donald. I believe that the family owned a womans'
clothing store. The family must have moved from the area, as all
contact with this branch of my family has been lost. If anyone can
help me, please send me a reply. There are so many missing pieces in
my information that need to be taken care.

SIMONSON I am looking for information about my grandmother, Sarah
Simonson's aunts and her mother's family (MARTEN). Her grandparents,
Martin and Maria Simonson, settled on a farm in Constance about
1869. Their 4 children, Mrs. Even Rod (Martha), Mrs. Christ Moore
(Mary), and Mrs. Carl Peterson (Karen) and Andrew were born Norway.
Andrew inherited the farm in 1883. He married Carin Marten and had 4
children, John, Josephine, Ellen and Sarah. John inherited the farm
about 1912. At 53, John married Ruth Book. I don't believe there
were any children. My father, George Torkelson, a graduate of Anoka
High School, was staying with his uncle in 1946 when he met my
mother, June Stoutenburg, the school teacher in Constance. John was
killed in a car accident in 1955. I don't know what happened to Ruth
or the farm. I think several Simonsons are buried at Glen Cary
Lutheran Church. Lanaii Kline
I am researching the Winch Family. My grandfather's brother Moses
Winch settled in Anoka County, Minn in the late 1800's. They both
had migrated from Lehigh County, near Bethlehem, PA. I have
gradually gather moderate information about Moses Winch's Family and
am in contact with two families related to Moses that have helped me
with some of the data.I have just placed my first web page which is
the descendants of Jacob Wunsch the 1st Winch relative I have
identified from the year 1647. This lists as many of the Minn
Winch's as I have at this time. I hope it can be of value for
genealogic purpose. George A. Winch
